The 2024 edition of the Point Nepean Heritage Motor Show by the Sorrento Rotary club has been run. Famous Insurance Brokers jumped on board to support this community event with the stunning backdrop of the Point Nepean Quarantine Station just off the water. The event raises funds for the Southern Peninsula Community Support program that supports people of all ages within the Mornington Peninsula that suffer from homelessness as well as other smaller projects to help the local community.
The event hails a day of classic cars, local exhibits, food, entertainment and over 200 cars on display while the local community get right behind the event with over 1000 people attending the show.
Famous activation at the event included Glenn Ridge attendance with his Mazda RX7 SP as well as the Famous team on hand for any enquiries, a Rover Mini Cooper and the branded trophies for the event.
Lindsay Fox provided his stunning McLaren Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss edition while some stars of the show included a Aston Martin DB5, an iconic R/T Valiant Charger, rare Iso Grifo with classic icons such as the HQ Monaro, GT Falcon to name just a few.
The weather turned on an amazing day that saw a wide range of vehicles from customer cars, restoration, survivor cars and modern classics take to the luscious grass for a glorious day with overall winner of the show a stunning Corvette.
