The Singer Off-Road Porsche

Singer Vehicle Design is a Los Angeles company which is making a real name for itself by modifying 964 versions of Porsche 911’s, with prices ranging from US$500,000 up to US$1.8 million.

Founded in 2009 by Rob Dickinson, the company is named in honour of renowned Porsche engineer, Norbet Singer and Dickinson’s other career as the former singer of English rock band ‘Catherine Wheel’.

The company motto is”everything is important”, meaning that in design no aspect of the car is overlooked with even the smallest details being enhanced, and their recently released Porsche 911 All-Terrain Competition Study (ACS) vehicle is testament to that philosophy. It’s not only a work of art, but a fully-fledged off-road racer.

The following Carbuzz article gives a great insight into how amazing this vehicle is and in particular make sure you check out the video of the Singer ACS in action.

Also, the things that look like aerofoils sticking out the front of the car are actually mud flaps …. very cool!
