Aston Martin and 007’s ‘No Time to Die’

If you’re a James Bond fan, you’ll be more than aware that the twenty fifth James Bond movie, and the fifth and final one for Daniel Craig as 007, ‘No Time to Die’ has just been released.

Ever since the first Bond movie, ‘Dr No’ hit the screens in 1962 with Sean Connery as James Bond, the world’s been fascinated with not only the character but for many of us his car of choice, which on most occasions has been Aston Martin with the most famous being the classic DB5.

To celebrate the launch of ‘No Time to Die’, the Sky Sports F1 team and James Bond stunt driver Mark Higgins, recently joined with Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team drivers Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll at Silverstone, to see who would make the best Bond behind the wheel.

We all know that Formula 1 race drivers are very good, particularly in keeping the car straight at high speed, but what are they like when it comes to drifting the iconic DB5 for example?

I noticed in one of the comments from that video, is from a person who wrote – “I am an Aston Martin fan because they gave Seb his personality back”, and I couldn’t agree more.

Thought you may also be interested to see what it’s like inside the car when stunt driver Mark Higgins takes the DB5 for a spin and check out how much he works the big wooden steering wheel:
